A set of type 3 tier layer cages can accommodate 120 white layers or 90 brown layers.

The A-type 3-tier layer cage system can be configured for manual operation or semi-automatic operation. Optional equipment includes an egg-collection machine, an automatic feeding machine, and an automatic manure removal system. Flexible combinations are optional.

Cold-galvanized cages cost less than hot-galvanized cages. The former is suitable for African countries, and the latter is suitable for Southeast Asia, which requires anti-corrosion properties in a humid climate.

FAQ

egg collection for 3 tier layer cage

manure cleaning for 3 tier layer cage

Q1: Can it be customized?

A1: Yes. The material and tier of the layer cage can be customized. Feeding troughs and other auxiliary equipment offer optional choices.

Q2: How long is the installation time?

A2: The size of the farm and the system setup affect installation time. After the poultry house is prepared, installation of a conventional 3-tier layer cage project usually takes 3–10 days.

Medium-sized projects (8,000–15,000 birds) may take 5–10 days to complete, particularly if semi-automatic feeding systems are used. Small farms (3,000–5,000 birds) may typically be finished in 3–5 days.

For large projects, we offer on-site installation help in addition to remote technical supervision and comprehensive installation drawings.

Q3: What is the lifespan?

A3: For the cold galvanized type cage, the lifespan is about 12 years. The lifespan of a hot galvanized chicken cage lasts at least 20 years.

Q4: Do you provide installation guidance?

A4: Yes, we offer both on-site guidance and long-distance tutorials.
