A type 4 tier layer cage & H type 4-tier layer cage. 

A type  4 tier layer cage features a simple structure, is easy to operate, has good ventilation, requires less investment, and has relatively small capacities.

H-type 4-tier layer cages feature max utilization of land area, high capacity, a high degree of automation, a relatively high investment, and a higher long-term ROI.

Material

The cage net is made from Q235 bridge wire mesh with a thickness of 300-350 g/m. The cage frame is a 2mm thick Al-zinc material hot galvanized steel sheet.

Durability

The whole cage is not only strong but also has good plasticity due to the premium material and exceptional galvanized process. 

Automatic equipment and workflow

List of automatic equipment: drinking system, feeding system, manure cleaning system, egg collection system, temperature control system, environmental control system, lighting system, and heating system.

Automatic drinking system: water pipe, nipple drinker, pressure regulating valve, or water tank.

Automatic feeding system: feed silo, dispenser, feeding hopper, and feeding trough.

Automatic manure cleaning: a collecting belt under each tier of cage, a drive system, and a conveying belt keep moving and discarding chicken manure.

Intelligent climate control system: the temperature and environmental control are realized by an intelligent system, which is easy to manage and adjust.

Egg collecting system: includes the egg belt, a guiding device, an egg pick-up device, a lead-out device, a buffer device, a conveying device, a sprocket, and a long drop chain.

The battery cages are disassembled in containers for delivery and assembled on site. Special personnel are responsible for providing guidance. The installation period is affected by several factors, including team size, proficiency, and the chicken shed preparation situation.
