Egg grader working principle

The egg graders are based on the lever-weighing principle. The lever-weighing principle of the egg-grading machine is realized through sensors and grading wheels. Specifically, the egg grading machine includes conveyor belts, grading wheels, sensors, and controllers. The sensors are used to detect multiple dimensions of eggs such as length, width, height, etc., and transmit these data to the controller. The controller calculates the grade of the eggs according to the preset grading standards and transports the eggs to the corresponding grade channels through the grading wheels. Main steps are as follows.

1. Egg feeding: The eggs are placed on the egg conveying roller by manual workers or by the vacuum egg lifter.
2. Candling:  Before the grading process, the eggs are under inspection by light such as the LED light or the bulb light. By the penetration of light, workers can pick out bad eggs. 
3. Weighing and egg grading: After candling, eggs are conveyed to the weighing and grading section. Eggs with different weights are graded and sent to different rows for the next collecting step.
4. Egg packing: After grading, eggs are packed manually or automatically by machines.

Features of 4000 manual egg grader

• High quality material optional: carbon steel or stainless steel.
• Eggs are put on the rubber roller manually. The roller automatically conveys the eggs to the grading section.
• LED light inspection device is placed under two rows of rollers, When the eggs roll over the tire, the light penetration helps in picking out unqualified eggs.
• The mechanical egg weighing system uses the lever principle to sort eggs into seven different grades by adjusting weights. 
• Graded eggs are packed by humans after they fall on different partition areas of the plate.

• Either left or right can be selected as the egg-loading direction.
• Eggs are put on the rubber roller manually or by vacuum lifting and conveyed to the grading section through two rows of rolling rubber wheels. 
• LED light inspection device is placed under three rows of rollers, The light penetrates the eggs and helps in picking out unqualified eggs.
• The mechanical egg weighing system uses the lever principle to sort eggs into five different grades by adjusting weights. 
• Graded eggs are packed by humans after they fall on different partition areas of the plate.

Features of 10000 egg grader

• Premium material 304 stainless steel is adopted.
• Sort eggs from 2-6 grade with accuracy within 1g.
• The vacuum egg-loading device can handle 30 eggs once at a time to the conveying device.
• The egg conveying machine is equipped with a rubber wheel which enables eggs to smoothly flow and make a shift from 6 rows to 1 row.
• LED light is placed under the roller. When the eggs pass by, broken, damaged, grotesquely shaped eggs will be picked manually.

• For 104A equipped with automatic egg packing, an egg tray is delivered under a single-row egg falling device to catch the fallen eggs. Applicable egg tray specifications 10, 12, 15, 18, 20, and 30.

• Two-stage conveyor with an automatic lane separation function can be connected to automatic egg collecting machines. 
• A specially designed egg-turning device can perfectly match the direction for packing. A bigger head side is put upright after packing in the egg tray and can be saved for a longer time. 
• LED under the six rows of rollers can shine through the eggs and help workers dump the unqualified eggs. 
• Color Touch-type PLC electronic grading system with self-diagnoses Intelligent count of the number of eggs per shift, as well as the total number of eggs in each class. The accuracy is restrained within 1g. 
• An egg packing machine can automatically pack eggs into egg trays with 10, 12, 15, 18, and 30 holes. Eggs that are too big or too small will fall into an isolated zone.

• A specially designed egg-turning device can perfectly match the direction for packing. A bigger head side is 6 rows of egg conveying, 
• LED light inspection, automatic egg turn round, grading, and counting function. 
• Contain 4 batches of egg packing machine. Each batch has one egg tray delivery device and one egg out device. 
• Empty egg trays are loaded by workers and then automatically transferred to the supposed place where eggs drop. 
• Un-graded eggs including the ones too big or too small will be conveyed separately. Applicable to standard egg trays with 30 capacity.>
