500 Egg Incubator
An egg incubator or cabinet incubator is a poultry farm equipment used for hatching eggs. Farmers who raise chickens, ducks, geese, quails, pigeons, ostrich, turkeys, or even reptiles can utilize the egg incubator to realize hassle-free egg incubation. The micro-computer automatic controller can regulate the temperature, humidity, and air circulation precisely, which creates a simulation of a real hatching process. More importantly, incubation, hatching, and brooding are integrated into one machine. The cost-effectiveness includes time and labor reduction, energy saving, high hatching rate, efficiency, etc.
500 capacity egg incubator applicable scenarios
To meet different demands, the capacity of an egg incubator is varied from a small to a very large scale. At FAMtech, the small capacity egg incubator can hatch, taking chicken eggs for example, from 88 to 1848. The 500 egg incubator is a small scale incubator suitable for a medium scale breeding base. Also, if you used to apply 100, 200, or 300 egg incubator and looking for an upgrade, 500 capacity is a good choice to balance efficiency and performance. If you desire a large incubator, contact us!

Optional models
Two models optional
Incubation only
Only one hatching basket is placed in the bottom where ready-to-broken eggs are transferred and then chicks come out.
Three in one(incubation, hatching, brooding)
Each tier is equipped with a hatching basket, no need for removing eggs manually. It highly simplifies the work of labor.
500 egg incubator key features
Operation of an intelligent dual control system
To guarantee seamless incubation, the machine immediately activates the auxiliary control system if the primary control system malfunctions and is unable to function.
Automatically egg turning
The hatching rate is increased by automatically rotating eggs for 90 minutes using a chain-style system that distributes heat throughout the incubation period.
A heating system that circulates
The machine-circulating air duct ventilation system is safe and assured, improves the rate at which eggs hatch, and ensures interior air circulation.
To ensure that the eggs are heated uniformly, a constant temperature fan transmits heat to the interior from the heating tube's continuous heat source.
Sensor for temperature and humidity
The controller displays real-time monitoring data, has an integrated temperature and humidity meter, and has an automated alert.
Automatically water filling
There is a humidification tube in the water tray to keep the water from drying out, and the humidification system has an alert function for both high and low humidity. It mimics the solar system's ability to automatically fill the water and stop when it is full.
Coal and electricity are both used
Electricity or coal may be used as the power source. In the event of a power outage, hot water can be added to the heating pot. After connecting the two ends of the water pipe to the humidifying water tray and the spout, the kettle is set within the briquette burner, allowing for safe and convenient heating by artificial heat source humification.
Stable and low noise
Built-in high-strength insulation material to improve environmental stability. Strong power while only producing little noise during operation.
Working process of the 500 egg incubator
The process of incubation
Every type of egg needs to be fresh. Fertilized eggs are generally best 4–7 days after laying and 10-15°C is the ideal temperature for shorting eggs.
Out of the broken shell
Remove the egg tray during the final three days of the incubation cycle, place the eggs flat in the hatching basket, raise the humidity over 75 degrees, and set the temperature to 37.6 degrees. Then, three to four times a day, mist the eggshell with warm water while you wait for the chicks to peck the shell off.
Feed
Once the shell has been removed, let the hair in the machine until it dries. To keep the hair warm, remove it from the machine and place it in a cardboard box with 100w bulks. It will be gradually cooled and raised after seven to ten days.

Case study
Project background
A medium-sized poultry farm needs to hatch 500 chicks steadily every week to meet the demand for broilers and laying hens at the local farmers' market.
How to use 500 Egg Incubator?
Batch incubation
The farm uses three 500-egg incubators, with different incubation cycles set to ensure that each device is started at intervals of 5-7 days. In this way, newly hatched chicks are supplied to the market every week.
Batch records
The incubator has a built-in temperature and humidity monitoring function, which automatically generates batch data (such as hatchability, temperature, and humidity curves) by connecting to the management software.
Efficiency improvement
Compared with the past method of relying on natural incubation, batch management reduces egg waste and increases the hatchability from 70% to more than 90%.
Benefit Analysis
Reduced costs
Higher hatchability means less egg loss and lower unit output costs.
Market advantage
Continuous and stable supply improves customer loyalty and helps farms sign long-term supply contracts with local supermarket chains.
