Chicken Breeding Cages

Chicken breeding cages are a type of battery cage specially designed for raising breeder chickens. The primary purpose is to provide a comfortable environment for roosters and hens, and to obtain high-quality hatching eggs.

According to the mating method, there are natural mating chicken breeder cages (the hens are raised in a mixed flock, allowing for natural mating) and artificial insemination chicken breeder cages (sex-separated cage breeding). Farm feeding conveyor system

Consists of a control unit, a silo, a feed transfer system, batch weighing, an electric feed valve, etc.

Pan feeding system & chain feeding system

Female pan feeding system, male pan feeding system; female chain feed system in a circle, female straight chain feed line; male chain feed system in a circle, male chain feed system in line.

Automatic & manual type egg nests

Egg nests with distinct designs to meet chickens’ habits, facilitating egg laying. The egg nest can be connected to the central egg conveyor system, greatly improving automation and efficiency.

Egg collecting system

The single-tier and double-tier egg collection machines adopt a zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy plate, which is corrosion-resistant and durable. What’s more, three types of chains are supplied to suit different slopes.

Plastic slat system

Polypropylene (PP) pure raw material processing, longer life, anti-aging, and anti-UV. The circular design is conducive to washing and manure dropping.

Drinking system

The drinking system has different nipple designs for males and females, avoiding mixed use. Stainless steel parts are corrosion-resistant. The double lock design fixes the drinker's nipple in the drinker's saddle. Hardened stainless steel plug-in makes the drinking nipple device durable and more resistant to wear.

Egg grading system

The egg grading system carries out full column light inspection, electronic grading, and adjustment of the head of the eggs and the load of eggs.
